Return Policy

We offer a 3-4days return policy, meaning you have 3-4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: We only ship and sell within India.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your package.
Please ensure the return is initiated before shipping your item, as items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

For the quickest way to get the item you want, we recommend returning the original item, and once your return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.

  • If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
