Delivery options are available at the time of checkout:

1. Standard Shipment

• Takes 5-7 working days for delivery.

2. Express Shipment

• Takes 1-4 working days for delivery.

• Express Delivery applies only to products tagged with (Fast Delivery ⚡️).

3. 3-Hours or Next-Day Delivery (Delhi NCR)

• Available on select products.

• For this service, email us at express@bybae.in. Additional charges apply.

Delivery Attempts

• There will be a maximum of 3 delivery attempts for every order.

• If the delivery partner fails to deliver after 3 attempts and the issue is on the customer’s end, an RTO (Return to Origin) will be initiated.

• In such cases, ₹200 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as a Credit Note, valid for 6 months.

Order Delays

Orders may be delayed due to the following reasons:

• Shipment failure

• Natural calamities

• Government regulations

• National holidays

Refunds will not be processed for delays caused by the above reasons.
