Delivery Attempts
ā¢ There will be a maximum of 3 delivery attempts for every order.
ā¢ If the delivery partner fails to deliver after 3 attempts and the issue is on the customerās end, an RTO (Return to Origin) will be initiated.
ā¢ In such cases, ā¹200 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as a Credit Note, valid for 6 months.

Order Delays
Orders may be delayed due to the following reasons:
